Why is there a service charge?
We believe in total price transparency. That’s why we break down our pricing into two components: the cost of the hair systems and the service fee at our salon. This service encompasses scalp cleaning, scalp preparation, hair system application, customisation, haircut, blow-dry, styling, and styling advice. The entire process typically takes between 2 and 3 hours.
Do the hair integration systems stay on my head all the time?
The hair system/hair integration system is only removed during your next salon appointment, just before you receive your new hair system. You can confidently shower in it, engage in physical activities, and maintain your regular routine.

Our hair systems are designed to accommodate a wide range of individuals experiencing hair loss. However, suitability depends on several individual factors, making it challenging to establish clear-cut categories for compatibility. Here are the key considerations:
- Hair Loss: In general, the less natural hair you have, the more effectively our hair system works. Any hair underneath the system continues to grow, and excessive growth can affect the bond. Larger bald areas create stronger bonds as they distribute tension more widely.
- Note: You don’t need to be completely bald; this guideline provides insight into optimal performance.
- Sweat: The pH level of your sweat and the amount of sweat produced play a role in the bond’s durability. More acidic sweat can expedite bond deterioration.
- Skin: Skin type matters; oilier skin can impact the bond. Additionally, we can only apply the system to healthy scalp skin. If you have any scalp issues like rashes or wounds, we’ll wait until your skin heals.
